  About the Book

  Josie

I have a great life. Great job. Great home. Great man.

Everything is perfect. I can’t complain.

So, why am I restless? What is missing?

  Grayson

I’m a lucky guy with an amazing woman in my life.

She’s my perfect match. The yin to my yang.

But something is off. She needs something I’m not sure I can give her.

  Quinten

I’m a busy man with a demanding job.

I don’t have time for a relationship, but I’m always eager to help people find themselves.

When Josie and Grayson step into my life, I’m caught off guard.

She craves the nurturing hand of a Daddy. He isn’t fully in tune with his needs.

I can help them, but with every step I’m getting more emotionally attached.

Can the three of us find a new normal that fills all of our desires?

  Prologue

  Master Grayson

“If you’d like to do a scene with me, I have an opening later tonight.”

I jerk my gaze to the left at the sound of that deep voice and then spin my head around to see if anyone is behind me before returning my attention to the tall man who is now leaning against the edge of the bar and looking down at me from inches away.

Master Quinten. I don’t have to ask his name. Everyone in Surrender knows Master Quinten.

He smirks. “Yes, I’m talking to you. I saw you watching my scene earlier. I’ve seen you watch me in the past, too.”

I feel heat rise on my face, which annoys me greatly. “I’m not a sub.”

Master Quinten is taller than me. About six-two. And broader. I’m a fairly big guy myself, but I bet he has three inches and twenty pounds on me. He’s also older. I figure he’s mid-forties. I’m thirty-two, but that’s old enough to know I’m a Dom. Not a sub.

He smiles as if he’s humoring me. “You’re sure about that?”

Damn, he’s intimidating. Sure, I’ve watched him several times, but that’s because he’s such a strong Dom and I figure I can learn a thing or two from his style. Everyone watches him. It doesn’t matter if he’s dominating a woman or a man. It’s like watching live art unfold.

I shift my weight on the barstool and absently grip my glass of water. “Certain,” I respond as I sit up taller. “My submissive will be here soon. She’s running late.”

I’ve been with Josie for a few months now. We’re still working through the kinks that accompany any new relationship, but I can already tell we have chemistry.

The man leans closer. “No reason to be offended. There’s no law that says you can’t be both dominant and submissive at the same time.”

“Well, I’m not.” What on earth kind of vibe have I been putting off that would make Master Quinten approach me or suggest something so absurd?

He nods slowly. “Well, just consider it. My offer stands if you ever change your mind.”

  I’m so unnerved I can’t even respond.

His gaze glances past me for a moment. “I believe your submissive has arrived. I’ll leave you to enjoy your evening.” He sets his large hand on my shoulder and gives it a brief squeeze before releasing me and turning to walk away.

I’m still staring at his back, stunned, when Josie reaches my side.

  “Everything okay, Sir?” she asks.

I jerk my attention to her and force a smile before wrapping my arm around her and pulling her between my legs to kiss her. “Of course.”

“You’re kind of pale, Sir. Did that man say something upsetting?”

I shake my head. “Nope.” I’m not sure I’ve ever lied to Josie before, but I can’t stop myself. I haven’t processed that weird interaction yet, nor do I want to. What he was proposing was preposterous. I’m a Dom through and through. Have been ever since I entered the lifestyle.

I shake the interaction off and cup Josie’s face. “I reserved a station for us. You ready to try something new?”

She smiles. “Yes, Sir. I’d like that.”

“Good.” I just hope I can get my head fully in the game before our time slot. Right now, I’m struggling.

Fuck Master Quinten. He was way out of line. I wish I’d had the balls to tell him so. He’s obviously not nearly as perceptive about people as I assumed if he thinks I have a submissive bone in my body.

  Chapter 1

  One year later…

  Josie

As I enter Master Kellen’s office, I glance over at Sabine, his little, and Lucy, her friend. They’re sitting at Sabine’s small table, and both of them have their heads tipped down, giggling over whatever they’re reading. A longing lurches in my chest, the same longing that has been growing over the past two months.

I smile because I’m caught up in their happiness, but my smile doesn’t lift my mood or reach as deep as it should. Because I’m jealous of what they have.

It’s a snowball effect, one I’m also growing used to. That jealousy leads to guilt and the guilt is causing me undue stress. It’s uncalled for.

I have a wonderful life. I’ve been with Master Grayson for over a year. I love him, and I know he loves me, too. He’s an amazing Master. That’s why it bothers me so much that lately I’ve been craving something more.

  “Josie?”

I jerk my gaze toward Master Kellen. He’s staring at me from behind his desk, his eyes drawn together in question. “You okay?”

“Yes, Sir.” I swallow as I approach him. “I was just coming to let you know I finished for the day.” I’ve been working for M
aster Kellen for eight months. I work out of his home, as does he most days. I’m his personal assistant. I have my own office next door to his.

“I was about to come find you. I just spoke to Master Grayson. He called to tell me he has to meet with a client, and he’s going to be late picking you up. A few hours late.”

I nod. My heart beats a bit faster. Master Grayson has been a bit distant lately. It’s concerning me. I feel like we’re growing apart, and I can’t decide if I’m ready for that. I lower my face, unsure of how to respond. It’s not the first time I’ve been left here after business hours, but it hasn’t happened often, nor has it happened since Sabine moved in. I feel awkward. “I’ll just get a jump start on next week’s schedule then, Sir.” I start to turn around when Master Kellen stops me.

“No need. You’re off the clock, Josie. Lucy is here for the evening while Master Roman takes care of some business also. The girls were going to go swimming. Would you like to join them?”

I glance again at Sabine and Lucy. They’re watching me now, smiling.

Sabine jumps up at her Master’s words. “That would be so much fun. Will you join us?”

“I…” I lick my lips, uncertain about this suggestion. It’s out of left field. “I don’t have a swimsuit, Sir,” I murmur. My relationship with Master Kellen would be considered unusual by most people’s standards, but it works for us. We met through Surrender, after all. He’s a friend of Master Grayson.

Eight months ago, Master Kellen needed an assistant and I needed a job. When he mentioned to Master Grayson that he was hiring, it all fell into place. I’m not Master Kellen’s submissive. I simply work for him. But I do address him as Sir, and I’m appropriately polite around him.

“She can borrow one of mine,” Sabine nearly shouts.

Master Kellen turns his gaze toward her, frowning. “Sabine,” he warns. “You’re interrupting us, and you’re being disrespectful. Unless you’d like to sit next to the pool with a sore bottom instead of joining, I suggest you mind your manners.”

“Yes, Sir,” she returns, her voice softer.

Master Kellen turns back to me. “You’re about the same size as Sabine. She has plenty of swim suits if you’d like to borrow one.”

I hesitate. Borrow one of Sabine’s suits? I’ve seen her swimming suits. Every one I’ve seen was an adult-sized suit that looked like it belonged to a child. Is that what Master Kellen is suggesting?

I’m not sure how I feel about this idea. Or maybe I’m kidding myself, and I am sure. I want to do it. But I’m embarrassed to admit such a thing. How would Master Grayson feel if I borrowed one of Sabine’s suits?

“Why don’t you go up to Sabine’s room with the girls and see if she has something that will fit you. I left several of them on the counter earlier when I realized Lucy would be here. All three of you are about the same size.”

I nod. I can’t stop myself. A tiny voice inside me warns against taking this step. I’m opening Pandora’s box. I should decline and go back to my office and work on something, anything, until Master Grayson arrives. But I won’t. “Thank you, Sir.”

Sabine squeals slightly and clasps her hands over her mouth, flushing.

Master Kellen rolls his eyes and shakes his head. “Get out of here, all three of you, before Sabine loses her privileges for the evening.”

I almost laugh at his statement. Sabine gets into more trouble than I imagine any actual child does in a day. She seems to enjoy it, being disobedient, because more days than not she ends up standing in the corner with a pink bottom.

I’m so used to seeing her naked behind that I don’t even flinch anymore. Some days she’s already in the corner of the kitchen in timeout when I arrive in the morning. Often she’s mostly naked.

Lucy and Sabine push their chairs under the small white table Master Kellen had made just for Sabine and rush toward me. Sabine takes my hand and tugs me from the room before I can protest. We’re halfway up the stairs to the second floor when I finally shake myself out of whatever has possessed me to lose my common sense.

I stop on the stairs. “I shouldn’t do this,” I tell them.

Lucy grabs my other hand. “Do what? Swim? It’ll be fun. We want you to join us.”

I shake my head. “I… I’m, uh… I’m not like you.” I don’t mean that the way it sounds. Shit. “I mean, I don’t think I fit in. You two are good friends. You don’t want me hanging around.” I’m babbling. I don’t think I’m even making any sense.

Sabine frowns. “You fit in fine. We like having new friends. Don’t we, Lucy?”

Lucy nods. “Of course. Come on. At least come upstairs with us. We can talk there.” She gives me another tug.

I follow them. Their excitement is contagious. I’ve never been upstairs in this house. I’ve never had a reason to. I look around as we ascend the ornate, cream-colored, winding stairs to the second floor. At the top of the steps we turn right and Sabine leads us to the second door and opens it.

As I step inside, I feel like I’m leaving one world and entering another. It’s one thing to watch Sabine as a young girl every day while she’s surrounded by the relatively grown-up home that exists downstairs. Except for her smaller table in the corner of Master Kellen’s office and a booster seat she uses in the kitchen, it’s not incredibly obvious that Master Kellen has a little.

This room, however, belongs to a young girl. There’s a twin-sized daybed on the wall in front of me. The wood slats are white as is the fluffy bedding. Several pastel pillows are arranged on top, adding a bit of color. A few stuffed animals join the mix also.

My gaze wanders from the white rocking chair to the bookshelf, vanity, and dresser. I pause to stare at the dresser. I’ve heard about these drawers, and now I’m seeing them. They’re numbered. Two, four, six, eight, ten, and twelve. I also know those numbers correlate to ages and the clothing in them also extends through those ages. Sabine chooses which drawer to open each day. She tends to gravitate to age four most often.

I follow the two women/littles into the attached bathroom.

Lucy sits on the closed commode. “I know you’re curious,” she begins, her voice shifting to a grownup tone now that we’re alone. “You can ask us anything. We don’t mind.”

I glance at Sabine where she’s leaning against the counter. There’s a pile of swimsuits behind her. She shrugs. “I’m not an expert. I’ve only been living this lifestyle for two months, but Lucy has been in this for five years.”

Lucy waves a hand in front of her. “We all move at our own pace in life. I’ve grown and changed a lot over time. There are no set rules. Don’t let my experience intimidate you.”

I’ve met Lucy several times, both here and at Surrender, but this is the first time I’ve been alone with her in a situation where we can be frank. I take a breath. “I’ve been Master Grayson’s submissive for over a year, but I’ve never considered this particular lifestyle before.” I am curious. Lucy’s right. But I don’t think Master Grayson would approve of me dabbling as a little.

Sabine reaches for the pile of suits. “Now’s your chance.” She holds them out for me. “You choose first. Lucy and I don’t have a preference.”

I inhale slowly as I stare at the four suits in her hands. One is lavender with a blue mermaid on the front. One is hot pink with a ruffle on the butt and white flowers scattered all over it. One is pale yellow and covered in rubber duckies. And the last one is lime green with a princess on the front. I hesitate and then choose the rubber duckies.

Lucy picks the lavender with the mermaid, and Sabine chooses the pink with the ruffle. I’m not surprised she goes for the youngest-looking one.

As my two companions remove their clothes, I realize we’re all going to change right here in the bathroom together. I’m not overly modest by any stretch of the imagination, but I’m still nervous. This isn’t a women’s locker room. These two women live as young girls.

I’m not surprised when I notice that both of them are ful
ly shaved bare. Not just groomed. They have no hair on their pussies. I’ve never shaved myself like that. I keep everything trimmed close and well-groomed, but not bare.

My heart is racing as I remove my clothes at a slower pace. Both Lucy and Sabine have their suits on before I pull my panties down. I remove my bra last, worrying about my pubic hair in this bathing suit. I don’t want it to stick out. I haven’t put on a suit in a long time. I have no idea.

I hesitate. “Do you shave every day?” I ask them, nodding toward their crotches.

Lucy nods. “I do. Master Roman insists. I’m used to it now.”

Sabine reaches over to the ledge of the tub and lifts up a bottle to show me. “I use a hair removal gel. That way I don’t have to worry about cutting myself and no hair gets left behind.”

I take it from her and read the label. “And it doesn’t burn?”

She shakes her head. “It’s for sensitive skin. I have to be careful. My pale skin and red hair leave me no choice.” She points at the bottle. “You’re welcome to try it if you want. I can show you how.”

I consider her offer. I’m curious. I mean, it’s not a big deal for me to remove my hair. I don’t think Master Grayson will mind. He’ll probably like it. At least then I won’t have to worry about any hair sticking out from under my suit. “Okay. I think I will. Thanks.”
